N Brew Being the first liquid nitrogen store in Malaysia is nitrogen based freshly made yoghurt, gelato, tea and coffee which does not contain any preservative, stabiliser or other food colouring. Located in Sunway Pyramid and the price is quite affordable you can get a single scoop of gelato for RM 6.90!
The process to produce the Gelato and Yoghurt is unique. First they would ask you which flavour that would you like to choose later on, the cream from the chosen flavour is placed on the big bowl of the mixer, and then the mixer stats to mix the cream!
It's funny how they placed each of the flavour into this tube. It feels like you are in a chemistry lab doing some experiments! hahaha...
Meanwhile when the mixer is mixing the cream the nitrogen is added to bowl. It somehow creates a smoke that smells like the flavour that you have chosen. After that, the cream turns solid the texture is like ice cream and surprisingly it becomes cold!
The ice cream is ready to eat! it tastes funny at first but still it is very nice and creamy! we ordered 2 scoops of vanilla and 1 scoop of creme brule.
